Introduction

Economic agents often use the services of commercial banks, to cover their additional cash requirements.


Credit transaction involves the relationship between two equal partners: the creditor (the bank) and the borrower (the client). The creditor (lender) transfers to the borrower subject of the transaction - lent cost (credit) on the terms of payment, repayment, urgency and security, but remains the owner of the object of the transaction.


Each credit transaction for the lender is an element of risk - the value of the borrower defaults lent, non-payment of interest on the loan, violation of its term, and others.


The presence of such risks and its dependence on various factors (objective and subjective) make it necessary bank selection criteria indicators by which we can estimate the probability of satisfying the customer conditions of the loan agreement.
