The effectiveness of the company is determined by the following factors: technical and organizational level of production, qualified personnel, the level of motivation and remuneration, the presence of a development strategy. These mechanisms are usually regulated in a variety of regulatory documents (technical data sheets, plans, programs, tariff system and others.).
